The National Weather Service has alerted that a High Wind Warning is in effect until the evening of Thursday, Dec. 20.
The warning affects all of Puget Sound with South to Southeast winds ranging from 25 to 40 miles per hour that are expected to snap tree branches and cause power outages. Gusts of up to 58 miles per hour are likely in some areas.
